Monitoring Progress
For each and every project, a detailed activity bar chart is prepared. Based on site priorities, a work flow sequence and time frame are determined for each work activity. Remedial measures put in place to control those activities which are behind schedule. Critical hold points are identified at the beginning, particularly in areas where interaction with order service providers are involved.
Quality check-list
We have prepared an internal quality checklist for various tasks like ducting, piping, equipment installation, etc. The site teams follow the checklist along with the approved drawings to inspect the work done.
